1.Main engine

3.Internal circulation system
All internal lubrication and air system pipelines adopt
leak free sealing design in accordance with American
SEA standards, with superior performance, which can

5.Pipeline system
American standard hard pipe design is adopted. Due to
the large inner diameter of the conveying pipe and
small flow resistance, the hard pipe usually has a much
higher transmission rate than the hose, and is stable,
long in service life, and free of maintenance throughout
its life.

6.Silent design
The mute design and optimized sound absorption
structure are adopted, and the large volume front air
filter is preset. The air flow is smooth and smooth,
reducing the noise and air flow loss to the lowest level
in the industry.

High efficiency built-in oil separation system
High efficiency oil-gas separator is adopted for separation through centrifugal separation, gravity separation and filtration.

First separation: Oil-gas separation
The compressed air mixed with lubricating oil in
the compressor chamber rotates in the oil mist
separator and is separated by centrifugal force.

Second separation: gravity separation
The oil separated by centrifugation impacts the
inner wall of the gas cylinder and deposits to the
bottom of the gas cylinder due to gravity. At the
bottom of the oil and gas cylinder, the magnetic
filter is used to remove the tiny metal sheets or
particles sucked in together with the air to prevent
scratching the filter

Third separation: filtration separation
A large oil mist separator filter element suitable for
air displacement is adopted. The barrel shaped filter
element with fiber as the main body collects the mist
like lubricating oil in the air.
