Shen Feng’s Extreme Rock Drilling S82
1. Advanced slewing structure (national utility model patent)
The torque is more than 10% higher than that of YT28 product. It can be used smoothly under various complex rock conditions and plays a fast drilling role.
2. Powerful gas control system
The airtightness is enhanced to generate more powerful drilling impact energy. According to field tests, under different rock conditions, the footage efficiency is 10% - 25% higher than that of YT28.
3. Innovative flushing structure (under application for national utility model patent)
When the water pressure is higher than the wind pressure, the water injection valve automatically depressurizes to prevent the machine from being shut down due to water backflow. The operation is simpler and the operation is more efficient.
4. Unique cooling and lubricating system (national utility model patent
Two new cooling and lubricating structures are added to improve the operating efficiency of the machine, improve the service life of the piston, drill sleeve and drill rod, and reduce the replacement cost of parts and accessories.
